wrong post?
it is today that nearly no reviews are worth anything. what even is that bullshit that they only rate from 7 to 10 because below 7 is somehow already the worst of worst
does the addon support usage like that?
the source of my so called “disinformation” is the browser compatibility table in the Mozilla Developer Network article on the tab hiding API of WebExtensions
now its my turn. why are you spreading the disinformation that firefox mobile supports tab hiding and tab grouping addons?
where can we read the spec?
where can we see the mockups?
which tab grouping extension is working on firefox mobile?
mobile firefox misses tab hiding too, which is needed for tab grouping addons, so I doubt the feature will come there in the foreseeable future
which OS do you have? maybe parts of firefox have been moved to swap or compressed memory
they have an entirely different use case
all jira tickets regarding it has also been closed without a (real) response
they have been breaking the GDPR for years but it seems nobody cares. data mining is still an opt-out setting
first I was seeing it as a flag. now I see it as a dinosaur head with open mouth at the top of a flagpole
I’m blocking that too, it’s even disabled in the settings. in my opinion they shouldn’t be doing this in a privacy oriented browser in an opt-out manner. look at where they host the data: GCP and AWS. that’s maybe fine for firefox sync data because it’s encrypted (probably only on a per-record level though, so it may still be useful to measure activity), but for usage data, no thanks
As a Nightly user
that makes some difference, but they shouldn’t count the needs of nightly users as the needs of release users. totally different userbase, to begin with
I don’t think it’s you who is at fault here
did you block loading fonts in an addon, like ublock?
where did you read it that rust obfuscates the code?
you want vmprotect and such for that
It’s up to users to know what they are installing.
Except when all you get is an UAC prompt when clicking the play button, without giving you any information, other than that it wants to execute an exe in a temp dir with a random name.
the kernel level part of that specific thing is preventing process startup after it was killed
antimalware is literally worthless as has been for at least a decade. not even once did I get a spyware (or other) alert for the software of any commercial data harvester company. they are literally bought out and even the blind can see this
as a workaround, you could duplicate the tab a few times, and when you opened the item you wanted switch to the next one.
this only works as expected if the list will contain the same items in the same order every time the page is loaded.
fair enough. but I think I remember an option on the main settings page that allows you to change it this way
