Apparently, this happened because people were following biden and kamala. When trump got in, those accounts changed hands and became trump and vance accounts. Apparently thats how they do it. They are accounts for the current president and vice president. Whoever that is.

I was talking about these buttons. And in terms of locking in, thats a possibility but a strong set of magnets with a recessed area and a connector seems like it would be quite secure.

Slightly bigger? Look again, the old switch screen has massive boarders and this one lokks to go to the edges as well as being larger by a few inches. It looks steam deck sized. I would say its a significant increase.

And i got the impression that the joycons would be magnetic. That would make connecting and disconnecting them MUCH easier and intuitive. The amount of times ive seen people struggle the first time with the joycons having the button to release.

Seems like a good upgrade to me. And thats not to mention the extra shoulder buttons on the joycons, the larger joycons, and the fact that this likely doesnt reveal everythin nintendo has in store for us.

This is what i was referring to. I explicitly remember reading this story, either on bbc or somewhere else, back then but i didnt look into it any further at the time.

I have had a quick look around (im in work) and there is a possibility that it was never proven. But i dont have a reliable source to show that at the moment. If anyone wants to fact check, be my guest. HDD for long term storage. More reliable, has a higher number (essentially infinite assuming the drive never fails) of read/writes before failing. Cheaper and higher capacity than any ssd or m.2. Also if you dont keep applying a small electrical charge to an m.2 they eventually lose the data. HDD doesnt really lose data as easily. Also data recovery is easier with HDD. Finally you know when a HDD is on its way out as it will show slower write speeds and become noisier etc.
